Terms and conditions

• Room rates include 10% VAT and service fees
• Room rates include breakfast
  • - If you’re planning a long stay with us, please contact the hotel as we may have applicable discounts and special offers.
  • - No pets allowed.
  • - During check-in, you will be required to present a valid photo identification document (passport, visa or ID card).
• Additional guests can be accommodated at the following rate: 200 000VND/person/night.
• Children under 6 years old may stay free of charge (if sharing a bed with parents).
• The rate for children from ages 6 to 9 years old is 200 000 VND/night/child/bed.
• Normal room rates are applicable to all guests over the age 10.

Cancellations and changes

Booking cancellations and any changes MUST be made at least 3 calendar days or 10 calendar days (during public holidays) before the scheduled check-in date.

• In the event of any cancellation or change made less than 3 calendar days from the scheduled check-in date (irrespective of the number of stay dates booked) or a no-show, payment of the first night will be required.
• In the event of any cancellation or change made less than 10 calendar days (public holidays) from the scheduled check-in date or a no-show, full payment of the booked stay will be required.

Check - in Time

• + Check-in time: 2 P.M.
• + Early check-in can be arranged when rooms are available

Check - out Time

• + Check-out time: 12 P.M.
• + 12 – 5 P.M.: 10% of daily room rate/hour
• + After 5 P.M.: Full daily room rate
